O&M & Performance Optimisation
Care for performance throughout the lifecycle.
Planned maintenance and measured operating insights help identify issues and guide improvements over time.

Understand what it means for your site.
Operations and Maintenance (O&M) keeps attention on a solar system after installation. It combines planned inspections, safe upkeep, monitoring and a clear response when something goes wrong. The objective is to understand asset condition and address avoidable problems over time.
Lower generation can have several causes: changing weather, soiling, new shade, equipment downtime, electrical faults or missing monitoring data. An effective review separates these possibilities before recommending a remedy. Cleaning alone is not the answer to every performance issue.
Maintenance requirements depend on the installation, environment and equipment guidance. A suitable plan defines safe access, inspection tasks, service intervals, escalation routes and records. Work on electrical systems must be undertaken by appropriately qualified personnel using safe isolation procedures.
What shapes the right solution?
Recommendations are grounded in measured data and equipment condition. No fixed generation uplift or performance guarantee is implied.
FROM DISCUSSION TO DELIVERY
A clear path forward.
- 01
Establish an asset baseline
Review drawings, equipment schedules, warranties, commissioning records and available generation history. Identify missing records and immediate safety concerns.
- 02
Define the maintenance scope
Agree inspection and cleaning tasks, access arrangements, reporting and response responsibilities. Clarify which repairs, parts and specialist tests are included or separately quoted.
- 03
Track findings and improvements
Record observations, prioritise corrective actions and review their effect using measured data. Update the plan as equipment condition or operating circumstances change.
Scope we can discuss
The final engagement is tailored to your site and agreed requirements.
- 01Preventive-maintenance planning
- 02Generation and performance monitoring
- 03Inspection and fault identification
- 04Cleaning and maintenance planning
- 05Inverter and electrical-system checks
- 06Troubleshooting and performance reporting
Useful information to have ready
- System capacity, age, equipment list and site location
- Generation history, alarms and a description of current concerns
- Available drawings, warranties and maintenance records
- Access restrictions and permitted maintenance windows
